As CEO of Vantage Financial Group, Mr. McCormick leads a diverse group of financial service professionals. Additionally, Bill manages the employee benefits practice for Vantage Benefit Advisors (a wholly owned subsidiary of Vantage Financial Group). Vantage has proudly served businesses and individuals in Northeast Ohio for 50 years.
Bill began his career at Vantage over 20 years ago as an employee benefits broker. His primary focus is to help businesses deliver a high quality benefit package to their employees. This process often includes helping businesses navigate the complicated issues arising from compliance, technology, payroll, communications and HR.
He is a graduate of Roanoke College (BBA), Radford University (MBA), and the Wharton School of Business/International Foundation of Employee Benefits (CEBS). In addition, Bill is involved in the following professional organizations: International Society of Certified Employee Benefit Specialists, International Foundation of Employee Benefit Plans, Northeast Ohio Health Underwriters and the Society of Financial Service Professionals.
Bill holds his Life, Accident & Health insurance licenses.
