Mr. Arnold is a Principal at Vantage Financial Group. Kemper transitioned from the formal practice of law and joined Vantage Financial Group in 1984. His focus has been working with individuals and business owners where he offers over 30 years of experience in estate planning, investment planning and asset management, insurance and risk management, executive benefits design and business succession planning.
Kemper is a graduate of Denison University (B.A.) and received his Juris Doctorate (J.D.) degree from Cleveland State University Marshall College of Law in 1980. He is also the head of Vantage’s Settlement Advisory Group, which provides Litigation Support and Class Action Administration. Kemper continues to work closely with members of the legal community who seek his knowledge and experience in planning strategies dealing with various types of litigation settlements. This litigation support led to his involvement in the special need’s community where he has been an advisor and advocate for over 25 years. Kemper also serves as the Head Administrator overseeing the Third Party Administration of one of the largest special needs pooled trusts in the United States.
Kemper is an Honorary Trustee of the Cleveland Marshall Law Alumni Association and a past President of the Cleveland-Akron Chapter of the Society of Financial Service Professionals. He is a member of the American Bar Association, the American Association for Justice, the Ohio State Bar Association, the Cleveland Metropolitan Bar Association, and the Estate Planning Council of Cleveland. In addition, Kemper is also a member of, and has been a speaker for, the Ohio Association for Justice, the Cleveland Academy of Trial Attorneys, the Cleveland Bar Association, the Cuyahoga County Bar Association, and the Judicial College of Probate Judges.
Kemper is a Registered Representative (Series 7, 63) through Cetera Advisor Networks LLC, a registered broker/dealer, member FINRA/SIPC, and has his Life, Accident & Health, and Annuity insurance licenses. In addition, he is an Investment Advisor Representative with Vantage Financial Group’s investment advisory firm.
