Mr. Kean joined Vantage in 2014 and was Vantage Financial Group’s Chief Compliance Officer and OSJ Manager before becoming the firm's Chief Operating Officer and Regional Director for Cetera Advisor Networks LLC. Before joining Vantage, Joe spent 12 years at a large regional bank broker-dealer where he held positions in sales support, customer service, supervision and management. His last role was Territory Supervision Manager, overseeing the division’s investment sales activities and management of its Regional Supervisory Officers.
Joe graduated Summa Cum Laude from Baldwin-Wallace University in 2002. His core studies were in Finance and Management while also earning a certification in Human Resource Management.
