Mr. Berardinelli is a group insurance consultant and broker with over 26 years experience in the health insurance industry and a unique background that includes 19 years specializing in third-party administration of Cafeteria Plans, FSA, HRA and HSA programs.

Mr. Berardinelli joined Vantage Financial Group in January of 1999 as Director, Flexible Benefit Plans to oversee and manage all cafeteria and flexible benefit plan sales, operations and administrative service activities. Since 1989, Mr. Berardinelli has implemented and managed the ongoing administration of more than 1,000 Flexible Benefit Plans ranging in size from 2 employees to over 35,000 employees.

Mr. Berardinelli’s experience and unique combination of knowledge in group insurance plans and consumer driven funding programs (FSA, HRA and HSA) enables him to assist employers in the design, implementation and ongoing support of today’s complex employee benefit programs.
