Mr. Uhle is the principal shareholder of the company and member of the Board of Directors of Vantage Financial Group, Inc.  The Board of Directors elected him as the President and Chief Executive Officer effective January 2007.  Mr. Uhle had served as the President and COO of the company since February 2005.

Mr. Uhle previously served for six years as President and Chief Operating Officer of Heartland Payment Systems, Inc., a NYSE company (HPY) based in Princeton, N.J., and its predecessor, HPS, LLC.  He also helped establish The Heartland Payroll Company, a wholly owned subsidiary of Heartland Payment Systems, Inc. with offices in North Olmsted, Ohio.  Before joining Heartland, Mr. Uhle served as Senior Vice President of the KeyBank Payment Services Division in Cleveland, and also as Chief Operating Officer of Unified Merchant Services, a NationsBank/First Data joint venture based in Charlotte, NC.
